RETURN

At this time we offer returns in the specific cases in which we mention details below

           1.1. Return conditions

                  RETURNS are handled on a case by case basis. Return of customers purchase is permitted ONLY when the goods delivered fall under the following criteria:

       – The goods received are damaged

       – There are visible defects with the print

                   – The item is the wrong size from the one ordered

                   – The item is the wrong color from the one ordered

                   – The item is the wrong design from the one ordered

                   – The item is the wrong style (e.g long sleeve shirt instead of tee shirt) from the ordered

                  All the other reasons are not accepted.

            1.2. Return times

       You must submit a request for a return within 14 days after you receive customers' goods.

       After the 14 days have elapsed you acknowledge that customers rights to return are considered forfeit. If goods are returned prior to submitting customers' requests, those goods are considered forfeit.

            1.3. Shipping fee:

                   The shipping cost for returning the order will be covered by you. The order should be packaged in a nylon bag or any kind of bag/ box with the order id inside.

            1.4. Return address:

                   The package should be returned to our processing warehouse at PO Box 360219, San Juan Puerto Rico, 00936.

            1.5. Return procedure

  • Subject: Need return for order {Enter customers order number here – you can find it in the confirmation email after place the order
  • Body: Request refunded for the original purchase price. 
  • Video/photo of the defective product
  • If customers claim is in regards to a printing error, please include photographs/video of the error.
  • If customers claim is in regards to a print size, color, design or style(e.g long sleeve shirt instead of tee shirt) issue, please include a measuring tape, stick, or ruler in the photographs/video of affected garments.
  • If some of the customer's items are missing, please provide us an image of the received package’s cover including the detailed shipping label so we can forward it to our production department to investigate the problem.
  • Inquiries are addressed within 24 hours.

REFUND

            2.1. Refund conditions

            Refunds are handled on a case by case basis. Refund of customers purchase is permitted ONLY when the goods delivered fall under the following criteria.

  • The item is the wrong color from the one ordered

           2.2. Return time

                 If you are qualified for a refund condition, you must submit a request for a refund within 14 days after you receive customers' goods. 

                 After the 14 days have elapsed you acknowledge that customers rights to refund are considered forfeit. Please contact us by emailing us at support@22sforever.com

          2.3. Return amount

                 The refund can be fully (100%) or partial refund depending on how the customer's order was damaged or wrongly printed. We only refund damaged items in the order.

          2.4. Response time

                 Inquiries are addressed within 24 hours, you will be refunded to the payment account you used to pay us.. If you used Credit card to pay us for the order, the refund amount will be to customers credit card balance

                 A customer's refund request will be processed on a 24 hours basis. Customers credit will be shown on customers balance following below criteria:

  • For Credit card, it will take up to 5-10 business days to show up on customers balance sheet

          2.5. Lack of money

                 After the above time frame, if you still see the refund amount unavailable on customers balance sheet, please email us at support@22sforever.com.
